Fred has been an active member of the community since 1976.  He raised his family in Williamsport and has been associated with the financial industry for 35 years.  He has been associated with LPL Financial for 24 years.  Over the years he has watched markets go up and down, products change and compliance regulations grow.  During this time he has always put the clients interest first while building trust and long term relationships.  Fred looks forward to helping you with your financial/retirement needs.
